Dam costs profile configuration

Specify a dam costs profile of costs for building and maintaining a dam and roaded catchment.

These are suggested placeholder values based on DPIRD's report on the Options for Farm Water Supply in a Volatile, Drying Climate. If you select the default dam costs profile for dam simulations you will be able to generate dam and catchment construction cost estimates for a range of roaded catchment types.
